In the same way that some of the flowers in my garden struggle,  sometimes people do too.

All life has energy flowing through it. For whatever reason - physical, emotional or psychological - that energy can sometimes become blocked, just like a traffic jam. And like a traffic jam, sometimes it will resolve itself naturally but sometimes it needs a bit of help from another source in order to be resolved.

Healing offers a way of connecting with the source of universal energy and restoring a natural balance and flow of energy to allow our bodies heal themselves in whatever way is needed. It does not promise a cure, it is not woowoo or airy fairy, somehow it just works and often in the most unlikely way. I have given healing naturally all my life, but after 5 years of study and practical experience with the Healing Trust I am now qualified (and have professional insurance) to work as a healing practitioner.

The process is contact free and non-invasive. There is no manipulation, massage or hands on contact. All that happens is that the client sits comfotably in a chair while the healing practitioner tunes in to the source of universal energy and acts like a conduit. - A bit like plugging in a phone to a charger when the battery is low. It is as simple as that. The processs can either be done in person, or remotely - known as distant healing.

β€œThe art of healing is mysterious, even inexplicable, except by its results, and yet it can have such a profound effect that it can transform the quality of life for the person receiving it and for those of us able to take part in the process.”
